The Ghana Association of Food Scientists and Technologists (GhAFoST) is excited to share its activity plan for the year 2025. As a professional body dedicated to advancing food science, technology and innovation in Ghana, GhAFoST remains committed to fostering innovation, collaboration, and professional development within the field.

This year’s program is designed to enhance member engagement, support the next generation of food scientists, and increase public awareness of our work.

Executive Meetings	Quarterly (Every 3 months) -Emergency if need arise.
Membership Drive	Ongoing
Webinar/Seminar	Bimonthly (Every 2 months) by Members/Invited Professionals on their research or topical areas of interest.
Students Engagements/Mentoring	Twice a year -Institutional/Student Reps to suggest activity and timeline
Publicity	Regular – success stories, profiles, announcements, etc, on website and social media handles. Get Team to work on it regularly -weekly.
AGM	October 2025 – TBC.
